Minister’s Message 21st July

A number of our Elders and Managers attended a fire safety training morning a couple of weekends ago. So we now have a new evacuation procedure in place.

The course was both instructive and informative. During the course, the instructor asked how many fire alarm switches we had, and where they are located. Out of the number of people there, I think only one got the number and locations correct.

So to encourage fire safety in our building I’ve put out a challenge for those who weren’t at the training morning. Ask those who attended the number of alarm switches we have, and if they get the number correct I’ll give you a chocolate during notices this Sunday.
